I’m grateful for my exercise group at work. At least 4 days a week we have a lunchtime work out session. I don’t really like to exercise, but the women in this group keep me motivated and accountable. If it wasn’t for them I don’t think I would do much exercise at all. Because of them my body is more fit and healthy and I’m very grateful.

Since I'm not at work today...I'll have to movivate myself to exercise. Maybe I'll dance too. :)
