I'll be swimsuit ready in no time!

Morning 8:00am-2:00pm
Upper body (Neck, Shoulder, Arms, Back, Hand & Wrist)

Afternoon 2:00pm-8:00pm
Lower Body (Buttocks, Legs, Hamstrings)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE The Office
I think it’s safe to say I’m obsessed with the show and the characters.
If you don’t watch it you should.
This show is bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S
Thursday nights on NBC.


I actually have a few serious blogs just biting at the bit to be posted, but I don’t feel like crying at my desk nor am I in the mood to post an intense one today. Maybe next time.

How to not overspend at the store.

Tip:
Don’t use a shopping cart unless you need it.
“But Kelly, it’s so convenient to have it so I can lean on it a bit while walking around and put stuff in it.”
WRONG!
A cart, most of the time, is just a place to put stuff you don't need.
If you're carrying a product, you're a lot more likely to consider whether it's a worthwhile purchase.
